I have anew video camera but its only mp4.?

ive tried many sites but cant find any that will convert it to put it into a format to put in windows movie maker. one zamzar made it not avaliable and avs made the avi only audio and no video. illegal or not i dont care but i need something that will be able to go to wmm. thank you sooooooooo much!
