How can i get my permanent residence to stay in uk .I am on spouse visa and undergoing domestic violence?

i am frm india.came to uk after i got married to a british citizen 9 months ago.after the day i came here,he along with his mom and sister started torchering me,they hits me nearly everyday.one day i ran out of that house.after that he came to me and we shifted to anothr house.here too same continued,he is an alcoholic and uses drugs,wil come and hit me for hours continously.once my hand got broken.he torchering me for more dowry.he wont go for work,wants my parents back home to sent him money.i once complained to the police on domestic violence,but dint charge the case. as i was worried i will be deported from the country.dont have anybody here to hlp me.my husband is living with his ex wife and children now.i came to know about them only after coming here.do i have any legal rights to get a permanent residence if i leave him.what shall i do?
