Does the Ice berg on club penguin REALLY tip?

Cuz I see people saying over and over again, "come to the ice berg to tip it!" or "come help tip the ice berg!" AND I'M LIKE, "It won't tip! It's not tipping!" and then I was bored, I went to the ice berg and sat there for 3 WHOLE HOURS WATCHING PENGUIN WADDLE AND DO NITHING.But I still have second thoughts.Thankyu!
