85' Vulcan 700c-bike runs for 10min and then shuts down. ?

Engine is fine: Idles, carbs clean, etc... But consistently shuts down after the 10 min mark. When the bike cools it fires up again. I've done some tests electrically and the ignition coils, stator test a little high when the bike has run for a little bit. CDI center pins on the 6 pin side have a funky reading but all other tests on CDI are fine. Any suggestions???
