A question to all those who believe that ity is a sin?

If uality is a sin then the fact that we do not put all s to death when God commands us to in the Bible is also a sin is it not?(Lev 20:13) So doesn't that make everyone who believes that uality is a sin a hypocrite thus making them the very thing they set to destroy?(Tidus 1:16)
