Sociopaths?

A sociopath is someone who cares only about themselves. They usually are mentally deranged and have little to no conscience or moral values. Most rapists and murders are sociopaths but not because they and murder. Schitzos are completely different from sociopaths as well. They have intellectual deterioration, are socially isolated,have disorganized speech and behavior, delusions, and hallucinations. And since sociopaths are usually isolated socially its easy to get them mixed up.
