Does he like me? Or is he just being friendly? I Appreciate an HONEST answer! :)?

Okay, so there is this guy that is really sweet that I like and he is so cute and so nice and he's amazing. I obviously like him. And so today he was being sooo cute! I would be washing my hands cause it was science and we were doing a really messy lab so we were constantly washing our hands and he'd put his arms around me and be like sorry, I was grabbing the soap, and it gave me the chills and I loved it! Then I'd be in the zone and I'd be really fast and I'd walk by him after he washed his hands and he's flick water at me and I'd flinch and he'd be like you spazz!! And he'd do this really cute smile and he kept doing that but it didn't bother me at all. I just loved it! And I don't know, do you think he was just being friendly or do you think he likes me? Thanks! I really appreciate the answer! :)
