Do you ever keep any tiny details from your loved one/partner! Or is honesty the best policy?

I think you need to ask yourself if you would like finding out that your partner keeps secrets from you. If that wouldn't bother you and you are not doing anything that would break you apart then I don't see anything wrong with it as long as they are not huge secrets.
