A 22 year old pregnant mother died 2 weeks ago who is at fault?

I don't think anyone is at fault, not even Miko. I think Miko had convection that were questionable. I read about this in the news paper and this was her 4th abortion she had used the recipe 3 times before and had 1 conventional abortion, that left her in pain and further questioning modern medicine. I think she needed Jesus, honestly she had 4, FOUR abortions before this one and she also had gonorrhea which was the cause of the complications. I think she needed to have her legs sown shut honestly.
